Sudh AI is a health intelligence platform that combines modern medical report analysis with Ayurvedic wellness recommendations. Our services include:

• labs Blood test report analysis using OCR and AI technology
• spa Personalized Ayurvedic dosha analysis and wellness recommendations
• self_improvement Yoga, herbal protocol, diet, and daily routine suggestions
• groups Family health tracking and profile management

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fabricated health reports
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Upload content that contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

Sudh AI offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact support for refund requests
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice

Free plan users are subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page.

All content, features, and functionality of Sudh AI — including text, graphics, logos, icons, AI models, and software — are owned by Sudh AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your uploaded health reports and personal data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing our analysis services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sudh AI shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated health insights
• Inaccuracies in OCR text extraction or AI analysis results
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect credentials
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sudh AI at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
